“Some feedback on the new format: I think that allowing the participants to dictate the actual content of the training can limit the content to only the stuff they are aware of and allow then to get out of the “Unconscious Incompetent” state. Your introducing them to stuff they are unaware of can be the illuminating moment! The specific things I missed were the 6 F’s exercise, and the Active Listening roleplay. Other workshops simply do not touch this.”
