Scott Bradley

Author/Trainer/Coach

For nearly four decades, Scott Bradley has passionately practiced the art of presentation and customer service. Drawn early to the family restaurant business, he has been performing in front of clients since the age of 12.  Scott learned to either be engaging, or be quickly forgotten.

Scott’s passion for the sales process translated to six-figure incomes, 13 of his 15 years in automobile sales, working primarily with past clients and referrals.  Read more>>

 

 

Tricia Hess

Executive Assistant/Workshop Registrar

Tricia is the Executive Assistant to Mr. Hargrove and also occasionally serves as our workshop registrar.  She was born and raised in New York and relocated to Portland, Oregon in 2005. Tricia has been in customer service for over 5 years and enjoys getting to know people wherever she is working. She’s worked at Estate Sales Unlimited for all of those five years overseeing the concessions there and she also has worked at a Baskin Robbins ice cream parlor for the last year and a half where she is the assistant manager. Read more>>

 

 

Rhonda Leigh

Administrator

First we must tell you that Ms. Leigh isn’t completely convinced that someone can’t just reach through the computer screen and do unmentionables to her!  And seeing as how she handles our A/R, A/P, and other stuff, she figures the less anyone knows about her the better.  That being said, she tells us that she went to school somewhere in Northern California. Frederique Lavios

Web Designer/Virtual Presence Director

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area Frederique Lavios, founder of PDX Website Design, is passionate about helping others grow their business and be profitable. 

Prior to moving to Oregon in 2001 Lavios had a successful career as a licensed architect in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She practiced architecture for over 20 years, and founded the firm Lavios & Associates, Architecture and Planning.  Interestingly, both architecture and web design use both sides of the brain; technical and aesthetic.  Frederique’s experience with business development, marketing, design, engineering and computers lends itself well to web design and marketing. Read more>>
